By accessing or using the LXVE Studios website at https://lxvestudios.com (the “Site”), booking an appointment, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Site or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

LXVE Studios is a premium barbershop located at 3700 S Hualapai Way #108, Las Vegas, NV 89147, offering haircuts, beard grooming, men's color, specialty styling, and related grooming services. We also sell grooming products, apparel, and other merchandise through our website and in-store.

All services are performed by independent contractor barbers and stylists. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system or by calling the shop. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• Deposits: Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
• Cancellation Window: We request that cancellations be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within this window may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time without notice will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future appointments.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to stay on schedule for the next client. Full pricing still applies.

Service pricing is listed on our website and in-shop. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Tips and gratuity are not included in service pricing and are at the client's discretion. Tips are processed separately and go directly to the service provider.

The following terms apply to product purchases made through our website or in-store:

• Grooming Products: All grooming products (pomades, oils, shampoos, conditioners, styling products, and skincare) are final sale. Due to hygiene regulations, opened grooming products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened products in original packaging may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
• Apparel and Merchandise: Clothing and branded merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase in unworn, original condition with tags attached and proof of receipt. Sale items are final sale.
• Shipping: Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and software — is the property of LXVE Studios or its content providers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our prior written consent. The LXVE Studios name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of LXVE Studios, LLC.

By using our Site and services, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Use automated systems to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site
• Impersonate any person or entity in your interactions with us
• Submit false or misleading information when booking or purchasing

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LXVE Studios, LLC, its owners, members, managers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, our services, or any products purchased.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to LXVE Studios for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
